He was predeceased by: his wife Mollie Jane; and his son Gregory Allen. He is survived by: his children, LaDonna Blair, Teresa Herrin, Sandra Johnson and Brian Timothy; and his sisters, Peggy Johnston, Wichita, Margie Hull and Mary Hartman. He is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.
