He is survived by: his daughter Carol Browning (Peter Browning) of Springfield; his grandsons, Mac Collins (Yenmi Tang) of Houston and James (Ashley Collins) of Republic, Missouri; his great grandchild Madeline Collins of Republic, Missouri; and his niece Gretta (Paul Geissinger) of Lottsburg, Virginia..
He continued going to community dances until Covid. After Covid, he enjoyed the many daily events at the Cambridge.
He donated many gallons of blood himself over the years, going in to donate every time he was eligible to do so.
