She was predeceased by: her parent Voyne Applegate; and her brother Steven Applegate. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Applegate (Hall); her siblings, Tracy (Carole Applegate), Kevin (Reta Applegate), Shannon (Cheri Applegate), Jason (Linda Applegate) and Katrina (Victor Ryan) of Strafford, Missouri; her siblings-in-law, Rodney of Springfield, Vicky Applegate of Springfield, Chuck of Springfield and Dena Applegate of Springfield; and her niece Angela (Ashton Applegate). She is also survived by numerous other nephews, nieces, and friends.
