She is survived by: her parents, Carla Jean Gillham O'Quinn (Jeanie) of Lebanon and Jerry O'Quinn; her sister Angela Harshman (Adam) of Springfield, MO; her siblings' children, Braden, Caleb and Norah Harshman; and her siblings, David, Christina and Amber Mendez. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
