She is survived by: her brother Chuck; her sons, Danny and Mark (Alyssa); her husband Larry; her stepson Phil Phillips; her sister Linda Floyd (John); her niece Belinda Banta (Eric); her grandchildren, Madi of Republic, Jack Phillips of Republic and Steven Phillips (Melody) of Republic; and her great-niece Elizabeth Banta.
