She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Lee and Beulah Chase (Campbell); her husband Gerald Moore; her children, James Moore and Ruth Maxwell; and her siblings, Vernon Chase, Ralph Chase, Carl Chase (Ivan Chase) and Edith Chase.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Moore (Deborah) of Aurora, MO, David Moore (Betty) of Larned, KS, Larry Moore (Victoria) of Branson, MO, George Moore (Rhonda) of Joplin, MO and Teressa Moore-Dollarhide (Leonard) of Springfield, MO; and her siblings, Jesse Chase of Galena, MO, Fred Chase of Scott City, MO, Kay Delker of Wichita, KS, Vera Moore of Pratt, KS and Ester Schnake of Scott City, MO. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
