He was predeceased by: his son Rockford Howard Gifford; and his parents, Madge Ada Gifford (Dement) and Ben Edward Gifford. He is survived by: his wife Lavon Gifford (Gilmore); and his daughter Anjanette Gifford. He is also survived by four granddaughters; six great grandkids; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
