He is survived by: his wife Marquita Payne; his sons, James and Andrew; his brother Bill Gravely (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, Marlyn Payne (Barbara) and Connie Payne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as friends and neighbors.
