She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Burwell; her parents, Eunice Moffis (Tull) and Gather Moffis; and her sisters, Mary Veteto and Sandy Parks.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Letterman of Springfield, Missouri; her stepchildren, Bradley Burwell (Amy) of Springfield, Missouri and Ellen Wood (Carey) of Overland Park, Kansas; her grandchildren, Lauren Burwell Uhl (Joe), Emily Burwell Weiss (Andrew), Andrew Wood and Nick Wood; her great grandchildren, Peter Weiss and Betty Uhl; and her siblings, Betty Osborne, Jim Moffis, Jerry Moffis, Linda Payne and David Moffis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St Croix Hospice of Nixa.
