He was predeceased by: his sisters, Maxine and Betty; his wife Gloria; his children, Lynn and Daniel; and his nephew Michael.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Joyce, Sharon and Sandy; and his nieces, Diane (Dennis), Sharon (Doug) and Linda. He is also survived by her children and their three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to VA housing assistance programs, honoring Billie's lifelong commitment to supporting fellow veterans.
