It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bob Lavon Davis of Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on May 2, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Bob Lavon may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pearl Starnes and Frank Davis; his spouse Sparkie; and his brother Frankie. He was also cherished by six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
