He is survived by: his wife Carol Perry; and his children, Stephen Perry, Mark Perry (Brenda), Cindy Waters (Patrick), Christopher Perry (Terri), Matthew Perry, Laura Waters, Anthony Perry, Eli Cunningham, Sara Page, Brittany Jehle, Zachary Perry Ayla Perry and Nathan Perry. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
