She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Elmer and Amelia Marie Goldsberry Gentry; and her brother Harold "Dean" Gentry. She is survived by: her siblings, Darrel "Gene" Gentry (Jackie) of Houston, Robert Earl "Bob" Gentry (Pat) of Houston and Betty White (Kan) of Coffeyville; and her sister-in-law Mary Ellen Gentry of Houston. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
