She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Yates Niebruegge and Jim Yates; her parents-in-law, Lewis and Rosalie Pennington; her siblings, Bonnie Mitchell (Raymond), Shirley Fisher (Edward) and Jim Yates; and her siblings-in-law, Vickie Jernigan and Rodney Pennington.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Pennington of Mountain View, MO; her daughter Bailey Pennington of Mountain View; her siblings, Geneva Pennington (Roger) of Vichy, MO, Patricia Wilson of Hermann, MO and Billy Yates of Dixon, MO; her sister-in-law Dora Yates; and her grandson Matthew Yardley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Yarber Mortuary-Mountain View (621 E 5th St, Mountain View, MO 65548). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the Grace Cemetery.
