He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Hammond; his uncles, Tom and Dave Hammond; his wife Gwen; his son Chris (Brandi); his grandchildren, Izaak and Landen; his son Josh (Dani); his grandchildren, Emma and Ben; his father Daniel; and his siblings, Dennis and Deborah. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins.
