He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold Koetje, Henry and Theresa Sytsema. He is survived by: his father Tim Koetje; his wife Amanda; his mother Susan Koetje of Grand Rapids, MI; his siblings, Adam Koetje, Leanne, Robbie De Vries and Brent Koetje; and his grandchildren, Annetta Koetje, Thomas, Pamela Palicki, Adam, Crystal Palicki, Eric, Tija Palicki, Paula and Nick Sharp. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Bryan's memory to Wildlife Conservation Society or the World Wildlife Fund.
