He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Redfearn and Lois Redfearn (Stutesmun); his brothers, Carroll and Ralph Redfearn; and his daughter Gayla Johnson.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Turner; his children, Scott Redfearn (Gail), Renee Countryman (Chuck) and Angela Phillips; his grandchildren, Nicole Brookman, Tanya Anderson, Jackie Johnson, Lacey Moulder, Tyler Gray, Sydney Phillips and Samuel Phillips; his great grandchildren, Lanie, Augustus, Clara, Faith, Remington, Hunter, Riley, Paige, Gunner and Alek; and his sisters, Lola Mae Wolfe and Lucille Gideon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
