He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russel Walters and Dessie Walters; his children, Jeffery Walters, Jeanie Deter, Adriana Walters, Melissa Manzer, Melinda Olsen and Roger Grimes, Jr.; his siblings, Wayne Walters, Corless Walters and Irene Ellis; his wife Jeanette Carol Walters (Coleman); his brother Chester Walters; and his grandchildren, Cailey Deter, Jacob Hendrix, Amanda Hendrix, Andrew Severn, Matthew Severn, Brandon Grimes, Desiree Grimes and Jonathan Grimes. He was also cherished by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations would be appreciated to be applied towards funeral costs, made payable to Walnut Lawn Funeral Home, Springfield, Missouri.
