It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Wayne Stewart of Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on July 12, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Loyal Luther Stewart; his sister Tereasa Ann Stewart; and his grandson Troy Allen Wilson. He is survived by: his mother Donna Jean Stewart (Melton) of Ozark, MO; his wife Christina Stewart of Springfield, MO; his siblings, Sharon Combs (Elva Combs) of Ozark, MO and Roger Stewart (Christine) of Republic, MO; his children, Richard A. Stewart of Springfield, MO and Twyla Sawyer (Stewart) of Springfield, MO; his grandchildren, Katelyn Sawyer and Mya Stewart; and his siblings' children, Stepfanie Diamond (Combs) of Ozark, MO, Tyler Combs of Springfield, MO and Hunter Stewart of Utah.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri.
