He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Felkner and Goldie Felkner; his wife Gennie; his daughter Kathy; his parents-in-law, Ivan and Blanche Swearengin; and his siblings, Richard, Fred, Leroy, Otis, Juanita and Lorene.

He is survived by: his daughter Kim; his sons-in-law, Mike McNealy and Wes Hansen; his grandchildren, Cassie Hayden (Hank Hayden), Candie Church (Rob Church) and Tyler McNealy (Hayden McNealy); his great grandchildren, Jon Hayden, Tabbie Padgett (Tyler Padgett), Gracie Watson and Maysen McNealy; and his siblings, Gene and Iva Williams. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Glad Tidings Assembly of God or St. Jude's hospital.
