He is survived by: his children, Charles R. Atwater (Nancy) of Lee's Summit, MO and Julie Ann Bush (Jason); his grandchildren, Abigail L. Bush of Overland Park, KS. and Elijah A. Bush of Overland Park, KS.; and his brother Bennett Atwater of Pacific, MO. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
