He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Elmer and Lois Maxine Ball (Ludwick); his wife Shirley Ball; his daughter Angela Ciston; his grandson John Ciston; and his brothers, Dale and Terry Ball.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Sanders (Curtis) of Blue Springs, MO; his grandchildren, Jessica Howrey (Jim) of Bolivar, MO, Taylor Cox (Tyler) of Blue Springs, MO, Michael Hicks (Grace) of Lee's Summit, MO and Jakob Sanders (Alexis) of Platte City, MO; his great grandchildren, Kayelyn, Vaeda, Jaxon, Faith, Jon and Elowyn; his sisters, Judy Holman of Willard, MO and Carolyn Ball of Republic, MO; his sister-in-law Carrol Ball of Kansas City, MO; and his stepdaughter Teresa McGuire (Randy) of Brighton, MO. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Charles Leroy Ball will be remembered not only for his contributions to his profession but for the joy, laughter, and love he brought to those around him.
