He was predeceased by: his parents, Lambert Chudomelka and Helen Chudomelka; and his siblings, Lambert "Bert" Chudomelka and Mary Jane Grajal. He is survived by: his friends, Bob and Bert Riley; his wife Lorraine Chudomelka; his daughters, Wanda Chudomelka (Bobby) and Amanda Dishman (Dane); his stepdaughters, Susan Tyler (Mark) and Dawn Hodge; and his siblings, Jo Ann Southern (John), Kathleen Chudomelka and John Chudomelka (Deanna). He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
