It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles King of Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Burl King and Edna Faye Thomas King; his siblings, Stanley and Deborah; his nephew Weston King; his nieces, Melanie Kouzbari and Kim Snook; and his brother-in-law Ralph Benson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Charles Travis King (Kelly) of Piedmont, OK., Melinda Girardi (Guy) of Cassville, MO. and Shannon King (Kate) of Kansas City, MO.; and his stepsons, Jeff Rude (Jill) of Springfield, MO. and Chris Rude (Kelly) of Nixa, MO.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
