He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Gibb and Ada Molinda Nowell Welch. He is survived by: his wife Marie Welch of Burlington; his daughters, Diana Welch of Elkins, Lynetta Welch of York, Pollyanna Fountain (Mike) of Harrison and Delana Ryan (Robert) of Harrison; and his siblings, Bud Welch (Sandy) of Chandler, Texas and Pat Thompkins (Joe) of Chandler, Texas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
