With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte J. Flexhaug of Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on July 27, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Stevens and Maude Stevens (Allen); her husband Byron; her siblings, Ernest Leroy, Franklin Jay, George Arthur Stevens (Mayme JoAnn) and Leona Smith (Milton); her sons, Jon Henry and Curtis Steven Flexhaug; her great grandchildren, Hunter Meyers, Caitlyn Owen and Carissa Flexhaug; and her close friend Melvin Hagen.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Leigha Jane; her great grandchildren, Cora Jane and Emmeline Charlotte; her children, Ross Flexhaug of Porter, TX, Diana Avans of Williston, ND and Fern Schick (Michael) of Springfield, MO; her grandchildren, Leslie, Lynette, Lucinda, Nicholas, Michelle, Tracy, Steven, Marlea, David, Robyn and Andrew; her great grandchildren, Christopher, Shawn, Bryanna, Richard III, Michael III, Catrina, Matthew, Maxwell, Bethany, Paul, Randi, Johanna, Audria, Isaac, Damien, Taytum, Marley, Zoey, Leia and Tyrel; her great great grandchildren, Rhylee, Addison, Greylee, Dean, Michael Christopher, Landon, Cayden, Rowan, Skye, Griffyn, Truit, Charlotte Ann and Blaze Robert; her brother-in-law Ron Semeling of Lynnwood, WA; and her daughters-in-law, Edith Flexhaug, Laurie Flexhaug and Patricia Salzer.
