He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hobart and Thelma Jane Chastain Boyts; and his siblings, Elizabeth Shoemaker and John Julius Boyts. He is survived by: his children, John Clarence of Joplin, MO, Brenda Kay Myers (Nick) of Shell Knob, MO, Mark Wesley of Springfield, MO and Carol Ann Boehm (Chris) of St. Paul, TX. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
