She was predeceased by: her husband Harrybill Huffman; her parents, Roy "Buddy" Peterson and Mary "Eula" Peterson; her sister Leola Bell; her nephew Mike Bell; and her cousin Lucille Burk (Leo).

She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Cook-Holdford (Tracy Holdford); her grandchild Kinsey Cook; her daughter Cheri Hamlin (Jeff Hamlin); her granddaughter Catherine Hamlin; her sister Edith Barber; her friend JoAnn Livingston; Alex (Randallyn) and Caleb. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and many other family and friends.
