He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Williams and Jewel Williams; his siblings, Norman Williams, Vonnie Rickman and Freda Koch; his parents-in-law, Paul and Gladys Anderson; his daughter Donna Rae Williams; and his granddaughter Ashley Rae Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Anderson Williams; his children, Pat Herlitz of Giddings, Tom (Melody Williams) and Karen (Keith Baker); his grandchildren, Luc (Tiah Herlitz), Philip (Stephanie Herlitz), Lindsey (Drew Taylor), Chalene (Jeff Courter), Blake (Emily Williams), Nathan (Meg Williams), Holly (Michael Ferlitsch) and Hannah (AJ France); his great grandchildren, Leo, Eli of Josiah, P. J., Emma-Raye, Iris, Titus, Lexi, Lilly, Libby, Hunter, Rhett, Caroline, Maverick, Levi, Brody and Vinny; his sister Mary Marlin; and his sister-in-law Susie Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
