He was predeceased by: his father Dave Houston. He is survived by: his mother Teresa Houston; his brother Brett Houston (Mackenzie); and his grandparents, Bernie and Linda (Grubaugh). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that. Donations be made to the Missouri State D3 Ice Bears Team.
