He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Noblitt and Beverly Noblitt; and his brothers, George Noblitt and Keith Noblitt. He is survived by: his wife Wanda "Pud" Noblitt; his daughter Michelle Carver; and his siblings, Karen (David Braughton), Kenneth (Tammy Noblitt), Debbie Jones of Yuma, Arizona, Leah (Gilberto Aleman) and James "Jimmy" (Teresa Noblitt). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
