He is survived by: his parents, Darlene Murrell (Shane) of Lebanon and Mike Cook of Lebanon; his children, Connor, Bailee, Bryson and Maddox; his siblings, Jessica (John), Jonathan, Trevan (Komal), Brandon (Ledzep), Trace (Janelle) and Dalton (Amber); and his girlfriend Sarah Primm. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
