He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Sue Garner (Quinn) and Ottis Garner. He is survived by: his wife Julie Garner; his son Shawn Garner (Kenzie); his grandson Jeremiah; and his siblings, Flora Ann VanDegrift (Randall) and Herschel A. Garner.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home (201 S Daniel Ave, Ash Grove, MO 65604). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at the Rose Hill Cemetery (9903 N State Hwy Z, Willard, MO 65770).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Willard Masonic Lodge and may be left with the funeral home.
