He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Spradlin and Mary Spradlin (Weatherly); his former wife Frances Spradlin (Shayhan); his daughter Teresa Campbell (Spradlin); and his siblings, Dick Spradlin (Johnnie), Jeanne Spradlin (Louis) and Loren Spradlin (Pearl).
He is survived by: his wife Helen Spradlin; his son Doug Spradlin (Natalie); his son-in-law Ron Campbell; his grandchildren, Audra Thomas, Jessica McKeever (Jared), Pamela Mahajan (Ashish), Nicholas Spradlin (Tonya) and Martha Grace Spradlin; and his great grandchildren, Garrett McKeever, Lily McKeever, Bodhi Mahajan, Kian Mahajan and Miles Spradlin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
