He is survived by: his wife Carol (Hoffman); his daughter Valerie (Rick Wylie); his grandchildren, Dallas Wylie, Michael Hinkler, Jennifer, Austin Lewis, Abby Wylie, William and Zayla Wylie; his daughter Hannah Dawson-Gaither (Glen Gaither); his grandchildren, Patrick Gaither, Jacob, Chloe Gaither, Gina, David Gleason, Caitlin Stratton, Janet and Mark Schwertfeger; his great grandchildren, John Mark and Shonda Schwertfeger; his grandchildren, Liz and Caleb Dowden; his great grandchildren, Santana and Jace Schwertfeger; his grandchildren, Oakley and Cooper Dowden; his siblings, Jerry (Nadine Dawson), Jack (Sharon Dawson), Dee Duncan, Dovie Wade and Bonnie Meeker; and his brother-in-law David Hoffman.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to St Jude Children's Hospital or Relay for Life.
