He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Delcour and Geleta Adamson Delcour. He is survived by: his wife Connie Guinn; his daughter Marianne Beard (Jason); his stepsons, Brandon Kellum (Brenda) and Jarod Kellum; his brother Jerry Delcour (Janet); and his niece Jerica Delcour. He is also survived by grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter.
