He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Blomgren and Myrtle Blomgren (Luth); and his siblings, Vernon, Warren and Marion.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Denise, Danny and Annie; his grandchildren, Sam, Alec, Ben (Alex), Connor, Miles (Rebecca), Aiden, Megan and Molly; and his great grandchildren, Walton, Amelia, Ava, Aiden, Atlas, Addie, Mikaela and Sophia.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home (500 E Walnut St, Springfield, MO 65806). A burial will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (4677 W Division St, Springfield, MO 65802).
