He is survived by: his wife Donna Jo Serven (Waggoner); his children, Douglas and Denise; his siblings, Kay, Marcia and Bruce (Donna); his son Doug; his children-in-law, Julie and Dean; and his grandchildren, Ruth, Adam, Calvin, Madison, Andrew, Anna, Genevieve and Travis.
