He is survived by: his mother Ida West; his wife Lynn Ballard; his son Jason West; his stepchildren, Amanda Page of Springfield, Amber Jones (Derek) of Springfield and Jacob Ballard (Tia) of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Hayden Phillips, Braden Ballard, Lucas Ballard, Olivia Page, Hannah Ballard and Madison Jones. He is also survived by family members and friends.
