He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; his parents, Frank Fraley and Martha Ethel White Fraley; and his siblings, Rex Fraley, Frank Fraley and Deane Norman.
He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Garrison, Vicki Na'ayem (Adil), David Fraley (Deb) and Larry Fraley; his grandchildren, Tony Na'ayem (Dana), Derek Fraley, Amber Price, Bethany Seiser (Dan) and Ashley Wilson (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Arden, Spencer Fraley, Mackenzie, Cameron Wilson, Daniel, Wyatt and Gracie Na'ayem.
