He is survived by: his wife Terri Pitts; his son David Miller (Anita) of Pleasant Hope, MO; his grandchildren, Jacob Miller (Chasity) of Springfield, Heather Ebert (Britten) of Crane, Brandon Miller (Kylee) of Pleasant Hope, Cody Miller (Haley) of Pleasant Hope, Christopher Miller of Springfield and Crystal Miller of St. James, MO; and his siblings, Julie Waldo (Allen) of Highlandville, MO, Glenn Miller (Lizette) of Islamorada, FL and Ernie Miller (Kim) of Bolivar, MO.. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
