She is survived by: her husband Craig Kittrell of Rogersville; her children, Casi Birnley, Brook Bailey (John) and Lindsay McHenry (Mitch); her siblings, Pam Turner (Dave), Brenda Allai and Rick Withers; her nieces, Angie Darr, Millie Smart, Molly Allai, Mariah Joshi and Montana Loesing; her nephew Shawn Turner; and her grandchildren, Alexis, Isabella, Logan Birnley, Izaiah, Nylah Bailey, Braelyn, Landree, Baby and McHenry.

Memorial donations may be made in her name to Season's Hospice, 1831 W. Melville Rd., Springfield, MO 65803.
