He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Wetzel and Margaret Wetzel; and his brothers, Charles and Jack. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his siblings, Marguerite, Neal and Ken; his sisters-in-law, Adrienne and Mary; his children, Dale, Cathy and Carol; his children-in-law, Yasser Ezzelden and Devon Hinds; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Jeremiah, Brandon Hinds and Adam Ezzelden.
The family prefers donations to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Springfield, Mo., instead of flowers.
