She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Pratt and Daisy Pratt (Lucas); her husband William "Bill" Vaughn of Springfield, Missouri.; her sister Jean; her brother-in-law Joe Ray; her brother Jim Pratt; her sister-in-law Donna Pratt; her sister Judy; and her brother-in-law Reggie Blakey.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Muncy (Les), William "Bubba" Vaughn, Ellen Blakey (Vernal), Charles Vaughn (Karen) and John Vaughn; her grandchildren, Deanna Muncy, Anthony Vaughn (Ashlee) and Jonathan Vaughn; and her great grandchildren, Amelia and Ashton Vaughn. She is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
