She was predeceased by: her mother Leona Madeline Helton (Shockley); her husband Harry Reid Mathias; her father Joseph Helton; and her brother John Wesley Helton. She is survived by: her daughter Tara Gower (Allen); her stepdaughter Brenda Mathias; her grandchildren, Derik Chase (Heather), Brittney Jeffery and Greg Jeffery (Lori); her siblings, Vince Helton (Connie) and Liz Hardison (Randy); her nieces and nephews, Renee Robertson, Brandon Hardiison, Kevin Helton and Kris Helton; and also, Alana Chase, Grant Chase, Harper Veach, Noah Jeffery and Hannah Jeffery. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and many cousins.
