He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Stander and Mildred Stander (Gahr); his wife LaNelle Stander; and his sisters, Betty and Patsy.
He is survived by: his family George; his son George Stander; and his grandchildren, Shane, Jessi, Joshua, James, Chloe and Kyra. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews, friends, neighbors, and past co-workers.
