He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bonham and Bessie Bonham; his siblings, Willard, Charles, Nadine, Bobby, Billy, Donald and Gerald; and his son-in-law Steve Fox.
He is survived by: his wife Patti; his pet Max; his son David Bonham of Springfield; his daughter-in-law Pam Warnecke; his granddaughter Angela Dickerson (Kenny); his great grandchildren, Alexandrea, Kenny and Jade; his grandson Kevin Bonham; his great grandchildren, Austin and Jordan; his daughter Lori Fox; his grandchildren, Adelina Corralejo, Sisco Fox, Stevie Fox and Claudia Corralejo; his sister Barbara Banning; and his sister-in-law Keithleen Bonham of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by five great-great grandchildren.
