He is survived by: his friends, Jesus and Dolan Hawkins; his wife Shirley Hawkins (Edwards); his children, Kimberly (Wayne Swigut) of New York, Jennifer (Owen White) of Little Rock, AR, Eddie Spain (Becky) and Tammy (Kirk Watson) of Springfield, MO.; his grandchildren, Jacob Spain, Luke Spain, Alex Spain-Wilson, Joshua Swigut, Kyle Watson, Devon Kalkbrenner (White), Jesse White, Dallas White and Miranda White; and his siblings, Peggy Mullins (Hawkins) of Springfield, MO, J. D. Hawkins (Sharon) of Punta Gorda, FL and Joe Hawkins (Karen) of Nixa, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as many friends.
