She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald E. McCann and Catherine K. McCann (Short); her former spouse Thomas Rooney; and her brother Thomas McCann (Pamela). She is survived by: her sons, David Fant (Mary) of Galena, IL and John M. Fant (Lisa) of Boston, MA; and her sister Catherine Mary Nixon (Dwayne) of Springfield, MO. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
