He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Senior and Grace Mummert of Rosemead, California.; and his sister Linda Mummert. He is survived by: his wife Patty Mummert; and his children, Stacy L. Combs, Jeffrey D. Mummert (Springfield) and Jason B Mummert (Kansas City).
